The nozzle is inserted into the anus along with one of the balloons. Both balloons are then inflated creating both an internal and external seal. Once the seal is created, liquid is filled inside of the anus. The seal helps keep the liquid in place until the person in control decides that they should be released. The larger bulb holds up to 750 CCs of air, the smaller up to 250.
